Prospective tenants can not only get access to rental application but can also fill it and submit it online via our company website. This provides tenants with the ease of applying. Once an application is received, it is carefully screened and then approved.

MAINTENANCE

KPM has the resources to address and provide timely response to the largest or smallest repair or improvement needs. We use a variety of independent contractors that give the property quality work at reasonable prices and a quick turnaround. Tenants have the ease to submit their request online via our website and they have access to all the followups. Tenants or owners can reach us during business hours for any questions that may arise.

RENT COLLECTIONS

At KPM our priority is to make sure you receive your rent in a timely manner. We provide tenants with the most convenient options to pay their rent. Tenants can quickly and easily pay online. Rent is due on the first of the month. Any payment made later than the first of the month is subject to a late fee.

ACCOUNTING

The KPM accounting system is capable of providing all monthly and year end reports. Simply log in from our website and you will see what is being updated on a daily basis. Both landlord and tenants can view their statements by accessing their respective portals. Monthly rent statements, year end reports, 1099’s, day-to-day expenses and their followups are all available for viewing. Repairs requested are paid in timely manner and are recorded accordingly in the statements.
